Delivery of items weighing between 30kg-100kg are delivered by heavy parcel carrier between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Depending on the type of product these deliveries are either on a standard service or the carrier may ring the customer to agree the delivery day. Delivery of items weighing over 100kg are delivered by a Specialist Safe Delivery Company between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. The customer is always telephoned prior to delivery to agree a day and to select a am or pm appointment. Q. Is it possible to order over the phone? Q. How secure are you online purchasing store? Q. Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases? Q Do you offer 30 day business credit accounts to corporate customers? Q What is your privacy policy? We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and the information we have will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Q What happens is your Consumer Returns and Cancellation Policy? The Mail Box Shop Consumer Returns and Cancellation Policy do not affect your statutory rights and complies with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000". You have the right to return your product (We will advise address) or we can arrange to have your product collected and returned for you. When you send your item back we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within one week of us receiving your returned product in it's original 'as new' shipping condition and in the original packaging. Product Returns to: Items returned due to damage in transit, defective or incorrect. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or in accordance with our returns policy because your product is damaged or defective, we will refund in full and pay your costs of returning it. We will check all items returned for damaged or being defective. In the event of no fault or damage being reported, we reserve the right to re-charge or withhold your payment for the item's) to recover our fees and expenses from you. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period.
